Venova Properties, LLC is now licensed in the state of North Carolina as a Building General Contractor*.  We are licensed to build residential, commercial, and industrial structures.

Beginning in late 2007 Venova Properties, LLC will engage in new homes construction.  Our goal is to build entry level homes with extra touches and efficiencies most builders leave out in an effort to cut costs and raise their margin.  Efficiency is usually left out due to cost but we think first time home buyers deserve to save some money month to month also.

Below is a list of some of the technologies and practices we will employ to make our homes more efficient and more valuable for our customers.
